Is this plan good for vegetarians or vegans?

Sorry, this plan is best for meat eaters. There is a lot of animal proteins in this plan, as they are the best foods to eat for quick and easy weight loss.

Do I have to measure my food?

Yes! You see our eyes are much bigger than our stomach and one of the reasons you gained the weight in the first place. I need to teach you what a serving size is, and weighing and measuring your food at the beginning is the best. I recommend a food scale to get yourself going.

What kinds of foods & recipes are on the plan?

You will be given a full list of fruits, veggies, recommended proteins, healthy fats and carbs (fibrous carbs) for the 30 days.

Some examples of your meals may look like this: egg white muffin frittatas, with Wasa crisp bread and an apple for breakfast. Chicken breast with cucumbers for your mid-morning snack, cabbage salad with almond dressing with chicken for lunch. Deli turkey breast rolled in leaf lettuce with mustard for your afternoon snack and BBQ turkey breast, with some sweet potato and stir-fried asparagus for dinner. 

How much weight will I lose?

Well, that’s a tough one to predict. It depends on how much you have to lose, and how strictly you follow the plan. However, most poieple lose between 15-20 pounds, with 15-25 inches total gone.

I loved the simplicity of the 30 Day Diet Bootcamp. I could eat the foods that I liked, and I wasn’t forced to eat a certain meal plan each day AND I lost 15 pounds!!
