It’s loving husband’s birthday today. At time of writing this he still hasn’t figured out what he wants to do.
He gets to pick his food for the day and his choice of activity.
I’m guessing we will take Bella for a long walk and then home & order in Chinese (he’s been on a Chinese food kick lately and wants to order it every weekend), while he spends the rest of his day/night on the couch.
That’s his idea of a perfect day. He’s a simple man, he tells me, with simple tastes.
So, a big happy birthday to my simple man, with simple tastes. Love you ox tons.

New Youtube Welcome Video
A couple of weeks ago I hired my favourite videographer, Patrick, to help me with a new YouTube welcome vid.
I wanted something more professionally shoot, and more fun.
So, I came up with the concept of poking a little fun at the fitness industry.
There I was, on a cold Sunday afternoon, dressed in questionable attire on the main street in our little town of Ladner.
It took about 8 takes to get the opening, with a few cars stopping to watch the action, one to tell me to get some clothes on, cause it’s cold out (thanks Mario, duly noted), and a few gathered around on the sidewalk hoping to catch a glimpse of a star.
