This dumbbell workout is INTENSE! But, it’s awesome and it’s also the BEST circuit workout to strengthen, tone and burn a ton of calories.

And we only use one paid of dumbbells!

TOOLS NEEDED

A pair of moderate dumbbellsย 

THE WORKOUT

1. Dumbbell Clean
2. Push press
3. Front squat
4. Crush press
5. Renegade tricep kickbacks
6. 1 arm dumbbell snatch
7. Alternating piston rows
8. Other arm DB snatch

6 x 30sec

This workout kicked my ass.

I loved it! Haha… and I think you will too.

Now, if you are just starting out with fitness I still totally recommend this workout. I show how to modify each move, as well as how to keep the moves low impact.

So, no worries! I got your back.

 

TOOLS NEEDED

A pair light dumbbells

THE WORKOUT

1. Front raise squat to burpee (or squat to front raise)
2. Rotational side to side taps
3. Left arm woodchop
4. Right arm woodchop
2 x 40sec

5. Press to split squat
6. Rotational swing
7. Other leg forward press to split squat
8. Side lunge with around the world dumbbell pass
9. Skiers
10. Other leg side lunge to around the world DB pass
2 x 40sec

And then do the whole thing again 1x as a complete circuit ๐Ÿ™‚ย

Right now, as I type this, I am trying to work around my extremely high maintenance cat Chaos.

He is sitting on the papers that I need, walking to and fro in front of the computer (making it virtually impossible to type), pawing my face and generally being a huge pain in the ass.

Yes I love him, however, as he’s getting older he’s getting a lot more needy. And, I’m not used to it.

He is no longer like a normal cat, who ignores all family members until he is ready to shown attention. He is now full-on “give me love, can’t leave you alone” kinda cat. Thank God loving husband isn’t the same way.ย 

I can only handle one in the house ๐Ÿ™‚

FYI: If there are any spelling mistakes in this, it’s his fault cause it’s super hard to type with his a** in my way.
