DAY 14 – FIT IN 15 CHALLENGEΒ 

I honestly tried to get this workout done in 20-minutes.

But… I just had too many cool moves that I wanted to do with you and, as always, I wanted to give you a workout that will give you the best possible results.

So, we went a little long.

However, it’s not that bad. Just another 10-minutes of heart pumping, core crushing fun. That’s all πŸ˜πŸ˜‡β£

Have a sweaty good time and sorry ahead of time for my dogs. They were NOT on their best behaviour.

1. 4 jumping jacks / 4 frog jacks – 60sec
2. Bicycle crunches – 30 sec
3. Russian twists – 30sec
4. 2 twists & a squat – 60sec
5. Butterfly crunch – 30 sec
6. Plank with toe taps – 30 sec
7. Typewriters – 60sec
8. Side crunch – 30 sec
9. Other side – 30 sec

As with all of my workouts you can make them as easy, or as hard, as you like. And this workout is the perfect example of that!

Because we use dumbbells for most of the workout it is super easy for you to adjust the intensity. And while there are a couple of bodyweight moves, making it harder to scale the exercises, I do show you how you can by simply adjusting your hips.

2. Chest press
3. Skullcrusher
3 x 40sec

4. 1 arm chest fly
5. Same arm across body tricep extension
2 x 40sec

6. Other arm fly
7. Other arm tricep

8. Alternating plank ups
4 x 20sec

9. Seated shoulder presses
4 x 20sec

10. Tricep dips off chair
11. Seated front lateral raises

Ok, I am going to tell ya right now… I was a mess filming this workout.

Hahahaha πŸ˜‚ I don’t know if it’s because I hadn’t eaten in a while at time of filming and it was the lack of carbs, or if it was the heat, or if this is just me now at 50???

But by the middle of the workout, I kinda lose my ability to speak English and count.

Don’t worry, the workout rocks, it’s the fitness instructor who needs some help.

If anything I think I will keep you entertained and if you ever thought I must do some mad editing and re-takes of my videos, this workout will set those myths aside.

I did my best though, with the space that I have. But, on some moves it’s hard to see me and on others I almost disappear off-camera (haha).

I also have to film this with my garage door fully opened (for lighting). Which was a tad awkward with people were walking by.
