1. Knee drive to front & side
2. Bulgarian lunge
3. Other leg knee drive
4. Other leg lunge
5. 2 plank jax + 2 spidermans
6. Straddle jumps + knee up
7. Crunch, stand up & jump
8. 4 wide mountain climbers to 4 power mountain climbers
9. Up & over BOSU
10. BOSU burpee (or sub move given)
