I blew a butt muscle the other day.
Ha, how’s that for an opening line.
Yup, I did something to my hip/butt area.
How did I do it, you’re wondering?
Well, it was epic, let me tell ya.
Here’s what happened: I sitting on a stool at The Studio, and then I got up.
You know you’re getting old when the simple act of standing gives you an injury.
WTF?!
Obviously I need some more yoga in my life, as the hips are tight and not happy with me.
