45-Minute Total Body Strength Workout for Women
I hurt my ankle a week and a half ago.
I wish I could say I did it while saving a kitten from a burning building, or some other heroic sh*t like that, but nope I did it while hiking.
So, not a total klutz move (like if I injured it crossing a street), but not exactly noble either.
I hurt it good too!
We thought, at first, I had broken my ankle. Loving husband had nightmares of carrying me out, while I had nightmares of not being able to lunge.
I haven’t had pain like that in a long time. You know the kind I’m talking about.
The kind that makes you feel sick to your stomach, while bringing tears to your eyes as you hyperventilate the words “sh*t” and “f*ck” over and over again.
The kicker was we were five kilometres into the hike…. so I had to hike back out.
Needless to say I did not release a workout on Monday cause I couldn’t exercise.
I was not happy about it. Both not exercising and second losing my YouTube mojo. Sorry about that. Sh*t happens, right?
I’m back now though, and I think you are gonna love this workout!
A pair of light and moderate dumbbells
