I love working with the stability ball, however I fear when I use it it will alienate my subscribers who don’t have a ball. So, I found a work around for today’s strength and abs workout. You can do it with a ball, or without.
This workout takes 30 minutes, is a total body workout using dumbbells (and a ball if you own one), and finishes off with a fun little ab routine after.
Best done at home… but you could definitely do this workout at the gym too. I ain’t gonna stop ya!
