1. Knee drive to front & side
2. Bulgarian lunge
3. Other leg knee drive
4. Other leg lunge
5. 2 plank jax + 2 spidermans
6. Straddle jumps + knee up
7. Crunch, stand up & jump
8. 4 wide mountain climbers to 4 power mountain climbers
9. Up & over BOSU
10. BOSU burpee (or sub move given)โฃ

How to Use a BOSU Ball In Your Workout – 9 Awesome Exercises for Women Over 40

I’ve been meaning to do this type of video for a while now. A video that will help anyone with a BOSU ball learn how to add it to more of their workouts.

There are a lot of moves you can sub a BOSU in for, and it can also be used for ANY type of workout that you do.

Whether it’s a strength workout, a core exercise, or even a cardio workout -the BOSU can add more intensity to an exercise (and sometimes by 150% – hello ab crunches on the BOSU vs on the ground), as well as more comfort to an exercise (IE: I prefer the BOSU for moves like chest presses because it’s more comfortable on my neck).

This quick little video will show you 9 awesome exercises that you can easily sub your BOSU ball in so you get more use out of that fun little dome sitting in the corner of your workout room.

This fun little workout uses the BOSU ball (note: you could use a STEP as well), and I have two different intensities for you.

On one BOSU Molly is showing is the low impact version, and on the other two BOSU’s you can watch Sandra or I for the jump versions of the exercises.

Either way you are gonna get your heart rate up and train the legs, glutes, hips and abs.

You’re gonna love it!

My BOSU ball (and TRX) workouts are some of my most watched videos.

Which is freaking fantastic! Thank you, you crazy-wonderful-peeps.

Today’s BOSU workout is all about cardio.

After a good warm-up we start the sweat fest with 45 seconds of an aerobic move, followed by a 20-second more intense move. We alternate through 14 exercises like that, for a solid 30-minutes.

Then we move onto dessert, which is a ladder drill for the abs.

I know – bloody awesome!
