This workout for women is awesome. Yes, a dude could totally do this workout, however as with all my workouts I program the exercises as to what would be best for women, and what would be best for women over 40.
In today’s workout we focus on the chest and arm muscles, as well as the outer hips and glutes. All areas that can be weak in women.
