An easy-to-prep recipe that tastes as good as it is good for you. 

 

This is the easiest breakfast in the WHOLE ENTIRE universe. You throw everything in a small bowl, or cute little mason jar if you are the artsy-type, the night before and in the morning you have breakfast waiting for you. Brillant!
