In a few days we will be ringing in the New Year and with this comes resolutions, goals and plans for the coming year.
At this time of year I think it’s super important to set goals.

Each day I have a workout, or health goal, that will help you get fitter, stronger and lose inches.
In addition, all my workouts can be done in your home and 99.9% of them are under 45 minutes (there’s the odd one where I go a little crazy).
