 Sorry! This plan is best for people who enjoy meat, fish and eggs.

Can I workout at home?

You sure can!

The only tools you need for the workouts are dumbbells (I recommend at least two different weights, preferably three different sizes), and your bodyweight.

Videos of the workouts are included, as well 6 weeks’ worth of ebooks with all the exercises, the instructions, and pictures of each move for those times when you don’t have access to the internet.

How many times a week do I have to commit to workout?

24 hours a day, seven days a week tongue-out Just joking! On most weeks you will need to do the strength workout attached to the member’s site 3x’s a week, with one additional cardio workout (your choice), and 1-2 times a week walking. On your walk days I have also have one of the core, or posture workouts, attached to the member’s site scheduled for you as well.

What kinds of foods & recipes are on the plan?

Some examples of the recipes are: chia seed pudding, white bean soup, avocado toast, slow cooker chili, Asian turkey lettuce wraps, quinoa pilaf, black bean tacos, PLUS once a week you get a free night. Eat whatever you want innocent It’s your choice.

How much weight will I lose?

Well, that’s a tough one to predict. It depends on how much you have to lose, and how strictly you follow the plan. However, if you were to say “PJ, give me a number” I would say that the average weight loss is 10lb, with 10-20 inches total gone. What I have also found is that most people start this plan as a means to kickstart themselves back into a healthier diet and lifestyle. The Commit 28 Plan is not an extreme diet by any means, and so it works beautifully at getting you back-on-track – so you can stay on track!
