About Me

PJ Wren

It’s great “to meet” you. If you don’t know about me allow me to give you the “Coles Notes” version of my two + decade career in the fitness industry.

I have been a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and fitness instructor since 1994 – well before anyone really knew what a personal trainer was.

I have owned multiple training studios, I hold several national certifications in the fitness industry, I have written for newspapers and magazines, had a national fitness television show, and I have been YouTube’s favourite trainer for women over 40 since 2011.

I have a no BS approach to living a healthy life and I believe that moderation is the key to health and happiness.

Each workout will begin with mobility drills, to help your joints move through their full range of motion, followed with dynamic and then static stretches to lengthen the muscles. Every day we will focus on one area of the body, with extra love given to the spine and hips.

What time are the Live sessions?
10am PST. Click here for a time zone converter. Enter in 10am Vancouver BC in the first box, and find your city in the second box to convert your time zone.

What if I can’t make the Live sessions?
The replay video will be made available to you in your Membership Dashboard by the end of each day.

How will I access the Live sessions?
We use Zoom for our Live sessions. The links to the room will be sent out to you on Saturday, June 13. If you have never used Zoom before, simply follow the system prompts when you first log on to download their software.

Do I need equipment?
We recommend a mat, comfortable clothes so you can move freely, and no shoes.

How long is each session?
15-minutes, with an optional Q & A at the end that you are welcomed to stay for.

Will I have access to the replays after the 21 days?
Yes, you will have full access, anytime, of the replays. You can also download each video too.
