It’s great “to meet” you. If you don’t know about me allow me to give you the “Coles Notes” version of my two + decade career in the fitness industry.
I have been a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and fitness instructor since 1994 – well before anyone really knew what a personal trainer was.
I have owned multiple training studios, I hold several national certifications in the fitness industry, I have written for newspapers and magazines, had a national fitness television show, and I have been YouTube’s favourite trainer for women over 40 since 2011.
I have a no BS approach to living a healthy life and I believe that moderation is the key to health and happiness.
14 DAY BOOTY CHALLENGE FOR WOMEN OVER 40

For 14 days you will be training the tush plus more! The workouts will be designed in a way that will strengthen the tush and legs while not killing the knees with hundreds of lunges and squats. You’ll get a mix of low impact cardio, Tabata workouts, booty band workouts, no squat/no lunges workouts, stretch and yoga workouts for the tush, and a few of my signature Leg Day workouts.

When does the Challenge kick-off?
Saturday, July 18 with the last workout dropped on July 31.
Where will I find the workouts?
The workouts can found on my YouTube channel. Every AM you will receive an email reminder and a link to our Patreon community so you can check-in when you’re done.
I don’t live in your time zone PJ! How do I access the workouts?
I will release the links to ALL the workouts for the week ahead every Saturday. This way if you live on the other side of the world you can still get the workout in when you want to do it that day.
Do I need equipment?
I recommend dumbbells (a pair of light, moderate & heavy), a sturdy chair, and a booty band. Click here to access the products I use on Amazon.
How long is each workout?
It depends on the day, but anywhere from 20-minutes to an hour. Saturday, Tuesday, Thursdays will be your “strength” days, and Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday your cardio/HIIT/Tabata or stretch/yoga days.
Will I have access to the workouts after the 14 days?
Yes, you will have full access, anytime, on my YouTube channel.
When will I receive the 14-day nutrition plan?
Friday, July 17 the healthy eating plan will be emailed to you. While there will be animal proteins listed, you can easily sub out vegetarian-friendly proteins.
Note, this is not a diet plan. This is a guide to help you live my favourite way of eating 80/20. 80% of the time eat healthily, 20% of the time eat the pasta and drink the wine. OK? OK!
