How Do I Know If

Is Right For Me?

Is this plan good for vegetarians or vegans?

Yes! Because I provide with your personalized macro blueprint you can then use whatever foods you like to fit into the plan.

Can I workout at home?

You sure can!

The only tools you need for the workouts are dumbbells (I recommend at least two different weights, preferably three different sizes), and your bodyweight.

How many times a week do I have to commit to workout?

24 hours a day, seven days a week tongue-out 

Just joking! On most weeks you will need to do a strength workout 3x’s a week, with one additional cardio workout (your choice), and as much active moving as you can do in a day.

Example: walk to the store, go for a bike ride after dinner, try a yoga class on the weekend

What kinds of foods & recipes are on the plan?

You wioll be given some recipes to start, however this plan is meant to work with YOUR lifestyle. What you like to eat.

Some examples of the recipes are: almond butter chia seed overnight oats, egg muffins, slow cooker turkey chili, Mexican Zucchini lasagna, PLUS once a week you get a free night. Eat whatever you want innocentIt’s your choice. 

This plan is ALL about lifestyle and giving you the tools to carry on for life with it.

How much weight will I lose?

Well, that’s a tough one to predict. It depends on how much you have to lose, and how strictly you follow the plan.

However, if you were to say “PJ, give me a number” I would say that the average weight loss is 1-2lb a week, with 15-30 total inches gone.

And, then let’s not forget all the other cool things that happen: feeling better, moving better, rocking your confidence, generally happier… everyday! You will also sleep better, and see an improvement in your skin.
