30-Minute Dumbbell Arm Circuit for Women
This is a fantastic dumbbell arm circuit for women. It hits all the muscles in arms as well as the core, pecs and back muscles.
While this workout is a little more advanced, beginners you can easily modify the two movements that may give you the most problems:
- Exercise #1 Burpee to squat to press: eliminate the burpee and push up and just do the squat and press
- Exercise #4 Renegade row: do bicep curls instead
