Outdoor Summer Classes - 2017

Get your fitness fix in the great outdoors with our twice-a-week HIIT classes.

Our awesome instructor's, Naomi and Nicole, will bring their signature workouts to the park.

Each workout combines calisthenics, plyometrics (jump and no-jump versions), core work and other drills to form a FUN and high-energy hour-long workout.

Our bootcamp runs for eight-weeks, so you can really see a difference in your fitness by the end.

You will also have eight-weeks to get to know your brethren in sweat - cause a strong community equals a supported you.

Our classes are awesome. Our instructors kick ass. Our community is boss.

  • Two times a week: Mon & Wed
  • 60-minute classes: start time 6pm
  • Classes kick off Mon July 3. Last class Wed Aug 23
  • Registration includes $40 gift card to Chopped Leaf (Ladner location only)
  • Classes run rain or shine
  • Meet your trainer at The Studio and head off to a local park
  • Please bring: a yoga mat, towel and water
  • Suitable for all levels (we will provide modifications for anyone who needs them)
  • All ages welcomed
