Program kicks off April 24
- 10 trainer-lead classes at The Studio
- A 21-day fitness guide with workouts to do at home
- A grad-girl's only community
- Monday & Friday classes: total body workouts using dumbbells, bodyweight, tubing and the TRX
- Wednesday classes: our popular Bottom's Up class, working your legs, glutes, hips and abs
- Each Studio workout is 60-minutes long
- Recommended home workouts 30-45 minutes long (workouts provided)
- Classes at The Studio every M/W/F at 4pm
