Program kicks off April 24

The program

  • 10 trainer-lead classes at The Studio
  • A 21-day fitness guide with workouts to do at home
  • A grad-girl's only community
  • Monday & Friday classes: total body workouts using dumbbells, bodyweight, tubing and the TRX
  • Wednesday classes: our popular Bottom's Up class, working your legs, glutes, hips and abs
  • Each Studio workout is 60-minutes long
  • Recommended home workouts 30-45 minutes long (workouts provided)
  • Classes at The Studio every M/W/F at 4pm
