His name is Craig Davidson, and he writes under the name of Nick Cutter (and he’s Canadian too! Woot!).
Now, if you love Stephan King, then you are gonna love this guy.
I just finished “The Troop” and “Little Heaven”, and they are outstanding. Amazing stories, great characters and some seriously can’t-put-this-book-down moments.
But, before you head to your local bookstore or library, I want to warn you – if you do not like Stephan King you will most likely NOT be a fan of Nick Cutter.
So, don’t go and buy one of his books, and get halfway into it and think “Wow, PJ is one twisted individual, I don’t think I can finish this.”.
Cause I am twisted, and you’ve been warned.

This workout kicked my derrière.
I was feeling it, and feeling it three days later too (thank you very much push ups).
There’s even one point in the workout where I almost tap out. It’s pretty funny.
So, even if you don’t do the workout, you might want to watch just to see me whine and cry like a little kitten.

45-Minute Total Body Strength Workout for Women
I hurt my ankle a week and a half ago.
I wish I could say I did it while saving a kitten from a burning building, or some other heroic sh*t like that, but nope I did it while hiking.
So, not a total klutz move (like if I injured it crossing a street), but not exactly noble either.
I hurt it good too!
We thought, at first, I had broken my ankle. Loving husband had nightmares of carrying me out, while I had nightmares of not being able to lunge.
I haven’t had pain like that in a long time. You know the kind I’m talking about.
The kind that makes you feel sick to your stomach, while bringing tears to your eyes as you hyperventilate the words “sh*t” and “f*ck” over and over again.
The kicker was we were five kilometres into the hike…. so I had to hike back out.
Needless to say I did not release a workout on Monday cause I couldn’t exercise.
I was not happy about it. Both not exercising and second losing my YouTube mojo. Sorry about that. Sh*t happens, right?
I’m back now though, and I think you are gonna love this workout!
