The Workout

1. Leg burner jumping jacks (jump or no jump)
2. Lateral plank walks (or reg plank on forearms)
3. Forward lunge to burpee (or lunge + squat)
4. Skater to crossover lunge

The Workout

1) 1 arm burpee drill
2) Get up, squat jump
3) Push-up, mountain climber drill
4) Squat with alternate side kicks
5) Alternating ab leg grabs
6) Squat & twist
7) Two knee mountain climber with lateral walk
8) Squat & side bend
9) Pendulum lunge with farmer’s walk
10) Other leg & arm

45 sec work/ 10 sec rest x3

Okay, this workout will leave ya knackered. Wow!

I was huffing and puffing like a ex-smoking senior citizen by the end. It was awesome!

It is definitely a high intensity cardio workout.

But… if the high intense thing does not float your boat no worries. Sandra is on hand doing all the low impact versions of the workout.

This really is a great workout FOR all fitness levels, and fantastic for vacation. There no tools required.

Just you, a towel to wipe the sweat and maybe some tape over your mouth so you don’t get caught swearing at me πŸ™‚

I loved filming this workout. It was exactly as I hoped it would be, easy on the joints but still challenging.

Cause ya we may be older, but we ain’t dead. We can still train hard without putting any more damage to the joints. We can still train hard without jumping and hurting the knees, or hips, if they are feeling a little tender.
