20-Minute Busy Woman’s Cardio Workout

This quick little cardio workout is great for all levels. While there are  a couple of higher impact moves in the workout, I show how you can do them at a lower impact. Easy-peasy, nice and easy!

This is also a great workout to do when you’re on vacation, or before a strength workout.

If you decide to do a strength workout, stay to the end of this one and you’ll see I linked up a good strength routine that compliments this cardio workout.
