30-Min BOSU Ball Cardio + Abs Workout
I love the BOSU ball. It adds an element of fun to your workout, and it is especially great at recruiting our abs.
This workout starts out with a six exercise circuit, followed by four exercises that will burn those abs of yours, finished off with some relaxing stretches.
It’s the perfect BOSU ball cardio and ab workout!
