The Best Mini-Band Leg Workout

So, this workout almost killed me the next day. But in a good way, of course!

My glutes & hips were on fire!!

I am super proud of this workout. It targets the legs, with an extra emphasis on the glutes and hips – which is what WE ALL need.

I tell ya, weak glutes is something I see a lot of in my classes. And with weak glutes comes weak knees, low back pain and an inability to rock those skinny jeans. 🙂
