10-Minute Easy Workout
This workout is my “I-don’t-want-to-workout” workout.
It’s 10-minutes long.
We only do one round and we only use bodyweight moves.
It’s the perfect lazy person’s deal.
In fact, the reason I recorded this workout was BECAUSE I was feeling lazy.
Ha. So there you go.
Even us trainers have rough days.

All Levels Strength & Abs
This workout is perfect for all levels of fitness and only requires one pair of moderate sized weights – and pretty much everyone has a pair of dumbbells lying around.
TIP: If you don’t have any dumbbells, head to Varage on Facebook, or Craig’s List to pick some up cheap. Or, don’t bother with the fuss of hunting a pair down second-hand and head to your local fitness store. Expect to pay $1.19 – $1.49 a pound.
In my All-Levels Strength & Abs Workout I have set it up so if you don’t have time for my special ab drill you can cut the workout short and skip the abs.
But… if you are cutting out early cause you just don’t feel like doing the abs, know that for every ab crunch not performed an angel loses its wings.
So, don’t be responsible for angel cruelty.

Bodyweight Beginner Tabata
Tabatas are a great way to get your fitness level up AND your fitness in when you’re tight on time.
You see the whole idea around a Tabata workout is you increase the intensity to decrease the exercise time.
The end result = a fitter you 🙂
This particular Tabata workout is perfect for beginners.
It uses bodyweight only, making it also the perfect to do anywhere and anytime.
#BOOM. Awesome sauce, eh?!
Oh, and I have also included a new fave recipe that I’m crushing on – Sweet Potato Pizzas.

15-Minute Awesome Abs
If you need an ab workout that is quick and to the point (ie. makes your abs burn), then you are gonna LOVE this 15-minute ab workout.
Using a series of abdominal moves that target all the muscles of the mid-section, with higher-intensity ab exercises in-between, you are left with a workout that delivers.
