This workout kicked my derrière.
I was feeling it, and feeling it three days later too (thank you very much push ups).
There’s even one point in the workout where I almost tap out. It’s pretty funny.
So, even if you don’t do the workout, you might want to watch just to see me whine and cry like a little kitten.
