20-Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout

This full body dumbbell workout is perfect for ALL fitness levels. Trust me!

There are ten exercises, at 45 seconds a move. You need one pair of moderate dumbbells – and make sure you grab a weight that will do the trick for ya – and we’re doing two rounds total.

So… if you have more time available add another set (or two!) in.

It’s the greatest quick little strength workout in town 🙂 No matter what town you live in.
