Kalorie Killer Small Group Training - February Classes
This 60 minute class is a personal trianing experience in a small group setting. Taught in groups of 4 this calorie blasting circuit workout will have you hitting hit every muscle group as you rotate through different stations using a variety of fitness equipment and your own bodyweight. It’s the perfect combination of heart pumping cardio and pure strength training to challenge any fitness level.
Classes run for 6-weeks, once a week - $120

Choose to Lose Weight Loss Challenge - LAUNCHED!
Couple's Edition
The newly re-vamped Weight Loss Challenge called, Choose to Lose - Couple's Edition was laucnhed on Jan. 8th. This 8-week Challenge is more than a weight loss competition - it's a program designed to motivate, educate and empower you to weight loss success.
The 8-Week Choose to Loss Weight Loss Challenge involves:
- A kick-off workout & last-chance workout before both weigh ins
- A Weekly Fit Tip emailed to you to keep you educated
- A Weekly Recipe of the Week to support you on your weight loss diet
- A Workout of the Week video emailed you to keep you moving
- Additional workout suggestions to keep you motivated through the week
- Weekly Challenges (online) and prizes to keep you engaged
- And, of course - some cash prizes at the end for the top 3 highest percentage losers
- This time around the Challenge is competed in teams of 2
- In addition to weight, waist & hip measurements will also be taken.
