30-Day Challenge |
$280 | Want to take your fitness to the next level? This 30 Day Challenge involves a 5 day a week workout program for a 30 day period. You will meet with PJ once a week for a total of four weeks, to learn your workouts for the following 5 days and then continue on your own. Not only do you get in the best shape of your life in 30 days, you will have 6 customized workout programs that you can continue with after the 30 days is over. If you are committed and dedicated, this program will get you the results that you are looking for! Please note that you must have some fitness experience for this program. 4 sessions. |
| 6 Week Challenge Program | $990 | Getting ready for an event? Need to get fit, but you don't have a lot of time to do it in? The 6-Week Challenge program involves meeting with PJ 3 times a week, for 6 weeks, for an intensive 55 minute training program and PJ's "Choose to Lose" diet program. You will not have to think about your workouts at all. PJ will design a progressive workout program so that you see results. This program is not for the uninspired, though, but if you do have the desire and are willing to work, you will be love the results that it produces. 18 sessions + diet program. |

Are you getting married? Do you want to tone up and slim down for the big day? Fitness with PJ offers one of the most comprehensive packages on the market, dedicated to getting brides and grooms in great shape for their wedding day, not only in terms of their fitness level, but also nutritionally. Included in the “Fit to be Tied©” package is: 2 times a week personal training for 12 weeks and PJ’s "Choose to Lose©" diet plan. Add another session a week for only $50 a session! 24 sessions + diet program. |

This package is designed to kick start your weight loss using methods that will get the fat off and, more importantly, keep it off. This program lasts eight intensive weeks and is not for the faint hearted. It takes work, commitment and dedication, but best of all it will give you RESULTS! You will see PJ 3 times a week, for 8 weeks for an intensive 30 minute circuit.
